The iPhone 17

Apple unveiled its brand new phones, the iPhone 17 series. That's updates to three known models as well as the brand-new iPhone Air, that takes the place of the Plus. If camping out on release day isn’t really your style, but you still want to secure one right away, you'll be able to pre-order the iPhone 17, 17 Pro Max, 17 Pro or iPhone Air from 10pm AEST on September 12, before the September 19 release date.

Aplpe’s iPhone 17 boasts a redesigned look with a slightly larger 6.3-inch display and thinner borders. And after much anticipation (and a lot of grumbling), the base iPhone 17 finally features a 120Hz refresh rate.

Inside, the new A19 chip is more powerful as well as more efficient, particularly when teamed up with Apple Intelligence. If you're upgrading from an older iPhone, you'll see a significant bump in speed and smoother gaming thanks to ProMotion.
About the camera, you'll find a 48MP Fusion main camera (shooting 24MP photos by default) as well as a 2x telephoto lens. The ultra-wide camera also gets an upgrade to 48MP, making macro photography more detailed and much more detailed.

Thinking about picking up the iPhone 17?, don't worry about searching for the right case, Campad Electronics, a leading Australian retailer of phone accessories, already has a large selection of options listed for all models, so you can protect your device in style.
